Shipping & Processing Policy – LUXPORT.LK
At LUXPORT.LK, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days completely FREE of charge anywhere within Sri Lanka, once your order confirmation has been received. You will receive a separate notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
At this time, LUXPORT.LK does not provide international shipping.
However, all products can be purchased through our website and delivered to any nominated address within Sri Lanka.
All Makeup and Skincare shipments are carefully prepared and packed according to the required safety & handling standards to ensure that every product reaches you in the exact same condition it leaves our facility.
Refund & Returns Policy
At LUXPORT.LK, we are committed to providing you with premium quality products and exceptional customer service. To ensure transparency, clarity and fairness, we have implemented the following refund/return policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: Items must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after 3 days will not be accepted.
Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with all original tags, seals and packaging intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (including personal care items / cosmetics that fall under hygiene category)
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital downloadable goods
- Intimate / sanitary goods
- Gift cards
- Final sale / clearance items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@luxport.lk within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, items you wish to return & reason for return. - Our team will review and if eligible, issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with return instructions.
- Carefully repack the item(s), include the RMA number, and ship as instructed.
Kindly note — there will be a LKR 500 return delivery charge for all returns & exchanges.
4. Inspection & Refunds
Inspection: Once the item is received, it will be inspected. If the item does not meet the eligibility (used / damaged / without packaging / outside return window), it will be sent back to you at your cost.
Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
For exchanges, follow the same return request steps:
- Email: info@luxport.lk within 7 days with order number, items, and reason.
- Upon approval, you will receive an EA (Exchange Authorization) number.
- Ship item(s) back including EA number.
Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or error from LUXPORT.LK.
6. Damaged / Defective Items
If you receive a damaged OR defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with order number, description, and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
7. Return Address
All returns must only be shipped to the address provided in the return authorization email. Unauthorized / unapproved returns will not be accepted or processed.
8. Policy Updates
LUXPORT.LK reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated date published.
